Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: name and email. We also collect anonymous technical information about navigation, such as the selected language and the pages visited, solely to improve the reading experience on the site.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used exclusively to send the weekly Eco newsletter and to reply to your editorial queries. The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, given by ticking the checkbox in the form, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the safeguarding of digital rights.
Retention
We keep your name and email address while your subscription remains active. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the foot of every newsletter or by writing to us directly. After unsubscribing, your data is removed from our systems within a maximum period of thirty days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, along with other rights set out in the GDPR. You can exercise them by sending a message to redaccion@paylentovira.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
International transfers
Paylentovira does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Our email delivery provider complies with the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
